Wild Empowerment Ltd was established by Nikki Wild in 2009.  Based in Hook, near Basingstoke, clients are in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey as well as further afield.

Nikki is uniquely placed, thanks to her professional qualifications and insight into the demands placed on finance professionals.  Empathising with clients, she understands the pressures faced, the “behind the scenes” requirements (such as maintaining CPD) and the difficulties which can arise when dealing with stakeholders.  This level of appreciation provides an invaluable dimension toNikki’s  relationships with her clients.

Nikki Wild draws on experience gained through her 18 year career in corporate finance (beginning in the NHS and then moving to the private sector) culminating in the position of Director of Fund Accounting at Goodman, where she ran the finance function for the UK £2bn property investment fund.  Nikki is a Chartered Management Accountant (qualifying with CIMA in 1998), holds a Diploma in Managment (CMI Level4), is an NLP Practitioner and a trained coach (The Coaching Academy Protege programme from 2008).
